Where are our classroom or proctor sessions facilitated?

At our site location in Anne Arundel County, various public libraries throughout Maryland or we can travel to you and your staff.

How long are our sessions?

Classroom sessions are 4-4.5 hours, which includes the timed paper exam.

Proctor sessions are 1-1.5 hour or less, which includes the timed online exam.

What does your exam score need to be to pass?

You must earn no less than 75%. Our state of Maryland approved Instructor/Proctor recommends reading, studying and practicing all ServSafe and/or Restaurant Association of Maryland (RAM) Alcohol materials before attending our session. We do not guarantee a passing score.
